Produced from a single block of Nebbiolo, this wine was small batch fermented using wild yeasts before maturation in old French oak for 20 months, during which time it underwent a malolactic fermentation.
Our Nebbiolo demonstrates classic Langhe region characteristics. On the nose we see aspects of hibiscus and rose petals, bresaola and forest floor. The palate shows hazelnuts, gravel, red currant and wood spice. Its silky texture displays length and persistence, drawing you back for more. A beautifully balanced acidity perfectly supports the varietal tannins – carrying and balancing a weighty mid-palate and finish.
